#2 Kairi Sane

Unfortunately, with Kairi Sane appearing on this week's Smackdown Live as a part of Paige's tag team with Asuka, it's likely that this week's matchup with Baszler was her last at NXT. The latest chapter in the rivalry between Sane and Baszler was another fantastic match-up between two of the top stars of NXT's women's division.

Sane got the jump on the champion at the start of the match, delivering her corner elbow strike early in the encounter. Sane usually uses this as a set up to her Insane Elbow for the win, but this time it was thrown out early in the match as Sane looked to finish the contest early. The match went back and forth, continuing the pattern that most encounters between the two have taken. Sane never managed to land the killer blow as Baszler started to target Sane's arm.

With Shirai causing the disqualification, it sets her up as Baszler's next challenger and she hasn't been pinned or submitted by Baszler in any of their matchups. Meanwhile, Sane journeys up to Smackdown to be a part of the women's tag team division.
