The first-ever women's Royal Rumble match was the key attraction of this year's Royal Rumble pay-per-view. Asuka and Shinsuke Nakamura were the winners of this year's Royal Rumble matches and the show was also notable for the surprise debut of Ronda Rousey in WWE.
