The first ever WWE Women Royal Rumble match was very entertaining and without a doubt, the women have made history by delivering such an amazing match. The crowd in Philadelphia was very excited and they thoroughly first-ever women Royal Rumble match. The match featured a one- night comeback of several female wrestlers and Hall of Famers. The match had several good performers but these exemplary performances stood out.
#1 Sasha Banks
Sasha Banks entered the match at the No.1 position. But she lasted for an astounding 54 minutes and 46 seconds. The ‘Legit Boss’ spent the longest time in the ring. She made history in the very first women Royal Rumble match. She eliminated 3 people and she was also a crowd favorite. Her determination was appreciated and the crowd was supporting her throughout the match. Despite her loss, she will always be remembered for her long run in the match. After her 54 minutes stint in the match, she was eliminated by the Bella Twins.
Traits of a heel turn were seen during her run in the ring. Very soon, the Universe might see her turn heel.

#2 Michelle Mccool
Michelle McCool might have retired from WWE, but she has enough and more wrestling left in her. Her entry was at No.13 but she lasted for around 9 minutes in the match. She eliminated 5 people from the Rumble match and she proved her mettle. She eliminated the most number of people in the first ever Women Royal Rumble match. She came in and cleared the ring. She proved to be a tough competitor but she was eliminated by Natalya, a former ally of McCool. Her return brought a nostalgic feel amongst the audience. The inaugural Divas champ’s strength was seen which won hearts of many people. Her fitness clearly shows that she didn’t allow the wrestling inside her rust.

#3 Asuka
Asuka entered at the 25th position and claimed her chance to battle against the Women’s champion in WrestleMania 34. She won the Rumble match after eliminating the Nikki Bella. She lasted for 19 minutes and 41 seconds. She eliminated some of the biggest names and tough competitors of the women roster.
Her win has raised a basic question in front of the entire women roster, ‘Is anyone in the female roster ready for Asuka? ’. Her win was quite expected because of her undefeated streak. She came in with a lot of expectations and she didn’t let anyone down. Asuka, a new entrant in the Raw’s women roster has shown that she has a lot of grit and determination to win the Women’s championship. Since her debut in September, she has got a lot of push and she is portrayed as an undefeated force that can achieve anything.
People she eliminated: Nia Jax, Nikki Bella, and Ember Moon.
#4 Nia Jax
Nia Jax is an indestructible force of the Women’s roster. A lot was expected from her in the Royal Rumble match. There were predictions that she will be the only women left behind with Asuka. She is the most feared wrestler in the women roster and defeating her is next to impossible.
She entered the Rumble match at the No.23 position and she remained in the match for 17 minutes and 55 seconds. During her run, she didn’t budge from the ring and destroyed almost everyone who came her way. It took a combined effort of six wrestlers to eliminate her from the match. Everyone present in the ring teamed up against her to eliminate her from the match. She eliminated four people which is the second highest in the Rumble match.
People she eliminated: Naomi, Jaqueline, Kelly Kelly and Ruby Riott.
#5 Nikki Bella
Nikki Bella returned after a hiatus of 8 months. She entered the Rumble match at No. 27 and she remained till the very end. She lasted for 16 minutes and 30 seconds. She showed the universe that her wrestling capabilities haven’t rusted. She showed some double team action with her sister Brie Bella, who also returned after a hiatus due to her pregnancy. Nikki and Brie eliminated Banks, whose run was the longest in the match.
Shockingly, after the elimination of Banks, Nikki eliminated her own sister Brie. Her action will be justified in their show Total Bellas. She eliminated 3 people during 16 minute- run in the match and she managed to give a tough competition to Asuka. After a back- and – forth exchange, Asuka eliminated her to challenge the Women’s champion in WrestleMania.
