Former WWE United States champion Cesaro has been confirmed for their upcoming tour of Germany. WWE is set to put on four live events next week, and Cesaro, who has been out of action since late November is scheduled to appear during the live events.

Cesaro has been sidelined due to a torn left shoulder rotator cuff and was reportedly carrying the injury for over two months. WWE then confirmed that Cesaro would be out of action for nearly four to six months.

One of the reasons for Cesaro working through the injury could’ve been WWE finally caving into the pressure from the WWE Universe, as well as the WWE legends. Mick Foley, Ric Flair and ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin in particular, were vocal about WWE’s treatment of Cesaro, and called for the company to push the Swiss superstar. Both Mick and Flair were critical of WWE’s treatment of the Swiss Superman, and believed that Cesaro should’ve already become a WWE champion.

Cesaro will join other advertised superstars, including Ric Flair, Kevin Owens, The Big Show, Roman Reigns, Intercontinental champion Dean Ambrose, Dolph Ziggler, Paige, The New Day and The Usos among others. Alberto Del Rio is also advertised for the live events, and is expected to wrestle after his recent injury scare.
