#9. Dean Ambrose
Dean Ambrose was basically the least used Shield member of the month. But he was heavily featured in every major program on Raw. He main-evented Raw with Rollins and Reigns against Baron Corbin and the Authors of Pain. He even challenged Ziggler and McIntyre for their Raw Tag Team Championships at Hell in a Cell with his partner Seth Rollins.
But his most important development came on the last Raw of the month. Coaxed by Ziggler and McIntyre, Ambrose heavily teased a heel turn as he didn't celebrate at first with his Shield buddies after their victory over Corbin and the AOP. A heel turn seems imminent at this point and Ambrose seems poised to stab his Shield brethren in the back.
