Triple H claims 'maturity issue' for Superstars requesting releases via social media

"Handle business like professionals"

Triple H took part in a media conference call for NXT Takeover: WarGames this weekend and was asked about Superstars requesting their releases via social media by Jason Powell of Pro Wrestling Net.

The WWE Executive Vice President of Talent Relations responded saying he doesn't understand why wrestlers would voice their displeasure or request releases online as opposed to directing their concerns to the people in the company.

Triple H said that he addresses his issues with people within the company directly and urges other Superstars to do the same, claiming it was a "maturity issue" that talents go to social media first and not officials within the company.

"Handle your business like a professional."

Several WWE Superstars have reportedly asked for their releases from the company in 2019 including Oney Lorcan, Sin Cara, Mike Kanellis and Luke Harper, though none of the releases have been granted yet.

ACH, known in NXT as Jordan Myles, announced he quit WWE via social media following the controversy with his t-shirt design that resembled a racist caricature of black people.

The length of most of the talents who have requested a release from WWE is unknown, though Mike Kanellis was rumored to have signed a multi-year contract with the company back in June.
