Recent news on The Undertaker has revealed that he will most probably skip the WrestleMania this year. Undertaker has undergone two surgeries on his shoulder and hip, and is finding it difficult to recover fast.
However, plans are still on for a CM Punk vs Undertaker match this WrestleMania until Taker takes a final decision. Taker does not want to return and leave after providing a mediocre match at WrestleMania.
Regarding news on his presence backstage at RAW this week, it is said that Undertaker wasn’t present backstage, and though he was seen at the Predators’ hockey game, he only had a brief meeting with Vince McMahon regarding his participation.
If Undertaker doesn’t make it to WrestleMania this year, which looks most likely, sources close to The Undertaker suggest that this will not be his end. He will participate in Wrestlemania 30 in 2014, and that will most likely be his final match. The match will be built around his farewell.
If you ask me, I would like to see The Undertaker rest this year and fully recover before making his final WrestleMania appearance next year.
