In and article a few days ago, it was noted that the WWE was trying to foster a healthy working relationship with WWN, the parent company EVOLVE and FIP, that would enable the WWE to have first-hand access to top indie talents and more exclusive things.
WWE archivist and Senior Director of Talent Development Canyon Ben Brown, who is known to be Triple H’s guy, was seen at an EVOLVE internet PPV, held in Queens this past weekend which indicates that there is something brewing backstage involving the deal, which up until now was not in quiet waters.
WWN’s Gabe Sapolsky and Sal Hamaoui are also reportedly going to be present backstage at WWE’s NXT “Takeover: Brooklyn” event next Saturday night during SummerSlam weekend.
