Ups and Downs from the RAW after Stomping Grounds (24 June 2019)

#1 Down: Samoa Joe will be the next challenger of Kofi Kingston

While Samoa Joe is certainly a great challenger for Kofi Kingston, it could virtually end the brand split. Kofi Kingston, who defended the WWE Title successfully at Stomping Grounds, appeared on RAW. Despite being a SmackDown Live Superstar, Kingston has been a regular presence on the red brand in the last few weeks.

Joe, on the other hand, lost the US Title to Ricochet but he could be facing the WWE Champion at Extreme Rules. After overcoming Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens on RAW, Kingston was viciously attacked by the former US Champion.

Alexa Bliss, who is a RAW Superstar, challenged SmackDown Women's Champion Bayley at Stomping Grounds. Similarly, Joe is likely to challenge the most coveted prize of the blue brand. Considering SmackDown Live has several talented Superstars, it is not a wise decision and it could lead to the end of the brand split.

#1 Up: Undertaker's appearance

Without a shadow of a doubt, Undertaker's appearance was one of the most shocking moments in recent memory. After Roman Reigns pinned Drew McIntyre at Stomping Grounds, Shane McMahon gave a colossal task to the Big Dog. The former Universal Champion was put in a two-on-one handicap match on RAW and Reigns looked completely helpless.

A vicious Claymore Kick rocked the Big Dog, while Shane was getting ready to hit a Coast to Coast. The Undertaker's music hit and he delivered a Chokeslam to Shane. Moreover, the Deadman also delivered a big boot to the Scottish Psychopath. It was a jaw-dropping sight for the fans and it was undeniably the best moment from RAW this week.

The Phenom will be part of Extreme Rules as he will team up with Roman Reigns to take on Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre. Since the Undertaker entered this storyline, he could also end up facing either Shane McMahon or Drew McMahon at SummerSlam.
