What Batista is upto nowadays and a list of his upcoming movies

Don’t expect Batista for WM 32

Former WWE Star Dave Batista, who starred in the last year’s blockbuster Guardians of the Galaxy, seems to have forgotten his WWE fans and their liking for the bearded man by turning into a Hollywood mainstream actor. After the success of Guardians of the Galaxy, the WWE Star had been offered bigger and better roles which also include a sequel to Guardians, which is scheduled to commence its production from February of 2016.

So, it means we cannot expect Batista in a match at WrestleMania 32 as it is almost impossible to perform in the ring at a WWE event and also be involved in a special effects blockbuster movie shoot simultaneously.

We all know that his 2013-14 WWE run has been phenomenal and it appears that we may not see that ever again. Considering the facts that Batista had different creative issues with the WWE during his last run and his success in acting career, it doesn’t seem like he is returning to the WWE anytime soon. I guess his fans can only keep their fingers crossed that one day he might show up and they may get his stated dream retirement match against Triple H.

A quick update on Batista’s movies which are set to release this year:

Bus 657 – The film is based on Casino Card dealers involving their past. Batista plays a character “Cox”.

Spectre (a James Bond flick) – The film will release on 6th November 2015. Batista plays “Mr. Hinx”, who is an assassin and high ranking member of SPECTRE.

Kickboxer Vengeance – Batista plays a character “Tong Po”. It’s a martial arts film which is a remake of 1989’s Kickboxer Vengeance.
