As we have witnessed Brock Lesnar ending The Undertaker's WrestleMania streak, breaking a winning streak is, in fact, a big deal and when you defeat someone who is portrayed as a dominant force, you will become an even greater dominant force. Streaks are also special to the wrestler so when you defeat them it means that you not only broke their undefeated record but you also take away something that's close to them.

Ronda had an incredible run in UFC where she was not only the first female signed to the company but also the first female to become champion. She is billed as The Baddest Woman on the Planet in WWE so ending Asuka's streak would've made her look even more dominant than she already is. Nothing and no one would've been able to stop her.
