Tonight's WWE SmackDown will feature the blue brand's fallout of the Clash at the Castle show last weekend and a number of matches, with some for the upcoming Money in the Bank event next month.

The June 21, 2024, episode of WWE SmackDown will take place at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Chicago, Illinois. It has a maximum capacity of up to 22,000 and serves as the home of the Chicago Wolves of the American Hockey League.

Allstate Arena and WWE have a rich history together. Aside from the numerous weekly shows from RAW, SmackDown, NXT, 205 Live, and more, it has also hosted several Premium Live Events. It was the location of the 2001 Backlash, WrestleMania 22, 2012 Extreme Rules, 2023 Survivor Series, and many more. What to know about tonight's Friday Night SmackDown?

As of this writing, two matches are scheduled for tonight's episode, one confrontation, and two appearances from the company's top stars and Chicago's very own.

At Clash at the Castle 2024, CM Punk once again foiled Drew McIntyre's plans of becoming the World Champion. Tonight, he will update fans about his health after suffering an injury earlier this year at the Men's Royal Rumble.

Cody Rhodes also had an eventful Clash at the Castle time but was spoiled by The Bloodline. The American Nightmare successfully defended the Undisputed WWE Championship against AJ Styles in Scotland, but Solo Sikoa and the rest of The Bloodline attacked the champion afterward. Fortunately, he was assisted by Kevin Owens and Randy Orton. It would be interesting to see what the champion will say tonight.

LA Knight and Logan Paul have been trading insults against each other on social media and have had some tense face-offs backstage on WWE SmackDown. Tonight, both men will finally have a chance to confront each other.

Finally, two Men's Money in the Bank Qualifying matches will take place tonight. Randy Orton will go against Tama Tonga and Carmelo Hayes in a triple-threat match, while Kevin Owens will go against Andrade and Grayson Waller.
