Who really was responsible for jab at Owens?, SmackDown viewership drops, Rock - Summerslam
SmackDown drew considerably less number of viewers this week, compared to last week. This week’s viewership stood at 2.083 million viewers
- It was quite unusual to see WWE Production Head Kevin Dunn trending on Twitter, following WWE RAW as he was believed by the WWE Universe to have been the one behind Orton throwing a jab at Kevin Owens’ weight. However as per F4Wonline.com, it wasn’t Kevin Dunn or Vince McMahon who told Orton to take that shot at Owens.
- SmackDown drew considerably less number of viewers this week, compared to last week. This week’s viewership stood at 2.083 million viewers as opposed to last week’s 2.405 million viewers. The part reason could be that this week’s SmackDown show went up against the first of two NFL preseason games on the NFL Network, which drew 2.523 million viewers.
- Following Roman Reigns’ appearance on Fox Sports, there are massive speculation on The Rock appearing at this year’s WWE Summerslam. When asked about the potential of seeing 'The Great One' at the PPV, Reigns said “I wanna tell you, but I don’t want to give anything away.”
According to PWinsider, there isn’t any talk about The Rock being at Summerslam yet, but then if he was going to appear, there is very little chance of anybody other than him, Triple H, Vince and Stephanie would know of the same.
