#4 Furthers the Four Horsewomen Narrative

Though rumours continue to swirl of Ronda Rousey's eventual departure from WWE after Wrestlemania, there is an indication she may hold out just a bit longer. It is in the driving undercurrent of the Becky Lynch and Ronda Rousey narrative since Survivor Series, one that has gained mythical proportions since.

At the Royal Rumble, months after she'd put Charlotte through the wringer (though won by Disqualification); Rousey took on her greatest test and threat in Sasha Banks. The result of an absolute firecracker of a match, with a somewhat tenuous end as Banks, left Rousey's friendly appreciation after flashing the horsewomen sign. This is something she'd done since the onset of the rivalry, getting into the skin of Rousey as easily as Lynch had.

This gave Lynch some added ammo when she strutted down the RAW ramp the next night to lay the gauntlet against Rousey. Flashing the sign at fellow horsewoman Bayley who'd also just lost to the Rowdy one. Two down, two to go as they say and while Ronda may have a win over Charlotte; it's contentious at best and Flair will surely bring it up sooner than later.

Having two horsewomen up against Ronda despite their tense history means that WWE isn't afraid to allude to plans further down the line. Their NXT brand from where the NXT Four Horsewomen come from is now littered with three former UFC talents familiar with Ronda Rousey. A buildup to that blockbuster team face off could just push the women's evolution into another dominating year.

Charlotte and Becky's intricate ties to this mean more fuel for the fire for Ronda Rousey, once she can gather her own forces to square up against not just her two opponents but two women likely to walk out of Wrestlemania as tag team champions.
