On wrestlers using social media

William Regal has very strong views about wrestlers whining on social media. He says that these WWE hopefuls who go about crying on social media do not take advantage of the vast knowledge out there. He called them “ponies” and said that a wrestler must always have the knowledge about what is going on around them.

Regal said that the business is constantly changing and wrestlers should learn to adapt to these changes rather than crying on about it. He said that he always knows what is coming at him and studies about it. He said.

is is ever-evolving, you’ve got to know how to make yourself fit into this. If you don’t know what’s coming through the door, you’re a fool. I know everything that’s out there that’s worth knowing about.”

On scouting for new talent

Regal who is an amazing wrestler himself is lauded by fans as being one of the best technical wrestlers around. Reagal has spent a lot of time in British as well as American wrestling circuits. It is fitting for the NXT General Manager to have a keen eye on the wrestlers who have not made it to the WWE.

Regal stated in the interview that he has seen a lot of professional wrestlers and knows everything about each one of them. He called himself a long time wrestling fan and said that whenever he hears an exciting name, he looks that wrestler up. Regal stated.

“I like watching wrestling. You hear about people, you look them up, you watch them and you want to know: ‘Is he any good?’ That’s what I like to do.”
