Roman Reigns enters the match with the crowd welcoming him with loud boos. 'The Beast' immediately goes after Reigns, and connects with a trio of German suplexes but, can't keep Roman down, who comes back with two superman punches. Roman hits a hard clothesline on Lesnar, knocking him out of the ring.
Brock connects with a belly-to-belly suplex on the outside, and went for it again, dumping Roman hard on his neck. Brock tosses Reigns back in the ring and hits a release German suplex on 'The Big Dog'.
Reigns struggles to get up, as Brock continues to hit Roman with Suplex after Suplex, with variations of Germans and belly-to-belly's.
Lesnar clears of the German announce team's table, and drags Reigns towards the table, and throws him to the barricade. However, it was Reigns who managed to hit a half-baked spear on Brock, before throwing him back in the ring and connected with a superman punch followed by a spear.
He goes for the sequence again and successfully connects, but could not keep Brock down for the pin.
Reigns went for another spear but, ate a knee to the face by Lesnar instead. Lesnar connected with an F-5 but Roman kicks out. Lesnar goes for his finisher yet again and even though he connected, failed to keep Roman down for the victory.
Brock Lesnar went for the third F-5 but Roman Reigns kicked out yet again. Brock having had enough, gave another F-5 to Roman, but this time outside on the commentary table.
Lesnar and Brock went back into the ring where Brock again hit a suplex on Reigns. Brock Lesnar connected with the 5th F-5 only for Reigns to kick out again. Brock removes his gloves and punches Reigns busting him open.
Lesnar tried to go for another F-5 but Roman countered and a spear. Roman went for a spear which THe Beast countered into another F-5 and finally managed to pick up the win.
Result: Brock Lesnar Defeats Roman Reigns to Retain the WWE Universal Championship
