Who will walk out as Champion following WrestleMania?
#2. Lio Rush causes the disqualification/turns on Lashley

Lio Rush could be the difference maker tonight at WrestleMania
Interestingly, WWE has opted not to make this match a no-disqualification, which means that Lio Rush can't actually get involved. If he does then Lashley will be disqualified. This has never stopped Rush before and Lashley seems like the kind of heel that would be happy with this since it would mean that he retains his Championship.

On the flip side, WWE has been teasing issues with these two stars over the past few months and it could be that Rush interferes in the match and actually helps Balor win instead. This would allow Balor to move on to another feud of his own whilst Rush and Lashley settle whatever differences they have over the next few weeks.
Rush wouldn't be the first star to turn face at WrestleMania and he won't be the last, but it would be quite interesting if he chose to turn on Lashley at The Show of Shows.
