Kofi had won the gauntlet match only to have it taken away in the end by addition of Daniel Bryan

Everybody just loves an underdog story and WWE are really going an extra yard in building that one with Kofi Kingston put up against so many odds which just seem insurmountable.

He was taken out of the WWE Championship match by Vince and replaced by Kevin Owens, then he was put through a gauntlet match against 5 wrestlers which he won but then got it all taken from him with the final addition of Daniel Bryan to the match.

Kofi just doesn't seem to catch a break and what it has done is galvanize the WWE Universe in his favor and everyone is rooting for him. What remains to be seen is how he finally makes his way to the match because there are only two weeks left and he's still not confirmed to be Daniel Bryan's opponent.
