You can't have a triple threat main event at WrestleMania and not try to take the babyface out on a stretcher before the end of the match! WWE did the same with Chris Benoit during WrestleMania 20 and it happened again with Daniel Bryan at WrestleMania, when he found himself fighting off medics to get back in the match.

If nothing else, its the moment where the babyface refuses to lay down and die but jumps into the ring to give it one last go!

Interestingly enough, Its also the moment that the crowd usually goes from booing to coming completely unglued at the site of the babyface fighting their way back into the match.

In the end, it's not a trope that is used very often in the world of wrestling anymore, but it would probably be a very effective one in helping to tell the story between Lynch, Rousey, and Flair. In fact, it might even be one of the most memorable moments of the match, depending on how they script it!
