Before the match began, Drew Gulak made his way to the ring. Highlights from last week when he was arrested by The Fashion Police were shown. Drew Gulak told the crowd that he was being unjustly persecuted. Fashion Jail apparently offered unspeakable treatment and conditions. He compared his plight on 205 Live to Galileo's views on heliocentricism. Like Galileo, he said that he'd be vindicated as a 205 Live Hall of Famer.
Gulak then continued his Powerpoint Presentation, making this author extremely ecstatic. Slide Number 6 was "No Cell Phones." Galileo never had a cell phone and if millennials put down their cell phones, Gulak said they might learn something. Akira Tozawa's music interrupted him because the match was finally going to start.
Drew Gulak had the audacity to call Titus Worldwide garbage while on commentary. O'Neil was not at ringside for Tozawa. Dar was able to give a vicious chop block to Tozawa early on, allowing the Scot early control. Tozawa was still able to connect with his bullet style suicide dive which was a violation of "Appendix 0," according to Gulak. Tozawa hit Dar with a spinning kick, then put him away after coming off the top rope with his aerial senton.

Highlights of Rich Swann's win over TJP from last week were shown. That transitioned to Perkins giving formal congrats to Swann. Rich was supposed to face off against Lince Dorado on the show, even though Perkins still wanted to continue his competition with Swann.
Rich Swann made his way out to the ring, ready for his bout. Lince Dorado's music played but he never came out. The camera cut backstage where Dorado was laid out. Swann went to check on his opponent but was met with a surprise superkick by TJP at the top of the entrance ramp. TJP ripped out some of Swann's hair as he stepped on his head. He then dropped Rich with a Gorilla Press, landing his face on a nearby barricade.
