Jack Gallagher vs Chad Gable

Gable picked Gallagher's leg, taking him down and crossing over for a headlock. Gallagher escaped, getting back to his feet and bringing Gable to one knee with a wristlock. Gable responded with a snapmare into a side headlock. The Gentleman backed out of the hold by walking on his hands, leading to a smirk from Gable.

Both men traded takedowns and snapmares here, leading to a stalemate. Gable suckered Gallagher in with a handshake, going behind his waist for a slam. Gallagher made it back to his feet, dropping him on the top rope and rolling him up for a pinfall. Gable kicked out.

Gable was shot off into the ropes, managing to bring Gallagher down with an arm drag and a wristlock. Gallagher got away but was taken down by a picture-perfect arm drag once again. Gallagher countered a submission into one of his own, which Gable turned into a pinfall. Gallagher kicked out but was picked up deadlift style, being dropped from on high with a one-armed back suplex.

Gallagher was launched repeatedly into the corners, and though he made it out, a running clothesline was turned into an overhead belly-to-belly suplex. Gable worked over Gallagher's leg with several leg breakers and a dragon screw leg whip. The spinning toe hold was broken up when Gallagher kicked Gable in the face. He broke away from a single leg Boston crab in the same manner. Gable was caught off guard with a standing dropkick, as Gallagher got back in the match.

A stiff right hand left Gable shook, allowing Gallagher to hoist him up for an extended stalling suplex. Gable countered another hold from Gallagher into a pinfall, forcing the Gentleman to break it up. However, Gable was taken down to the floor following an elbow that caught him on the apron. Like previous match, he tried to duck a suicide dive. Gallagher saw it coming, coming in with a baseball slide to send him into the barricade.

The dive was countered, still, when Gallagher went for it. Another release German suplex, just like back in June, left Gallagher nearly out cold. However, unlike last time, Gable didn't want to win by count-out and brought Gallagher inside. Gallagher rolled him up as he came inside. Gable kicked out and slammed him down via bomb, trapping him in the Ankle Lock when he broke out. With the Grapevine, it seemed that Gallagher was going to be forced to tap out.

Gallagher's resiliency allowed him to roll over, pelting Gable with several right hands, finally breaking the hold. Back on their feet, a rolling kick caught Gallagher on the top of the head. He fell into the ropes, bouncing back with a Glasgow Kiss, which is normally enough to put away most opponents. Tonight, though, it wouldn't end Gable's night.

They fought back to their feet, trading elbows and punches, with Gallagher getting the better of the former tag team champion. Gallagher went for the single leg dropkick in the corner only to be caught by Gable. A running Dominator from Gable still couldn't put away Gallagher.

Gallagher put his feet up when Gable attempted the moonsault, and followed him into the other corner with the running dropkick. Gable managed to put his foot on the ropes, breaking up the pin. Gallagher brought Gable to the top rope, where he was knocked off with a back elbow to the nose.

He made it back up, but Gable countered the sky high belly-to-back suplex with a crossbody. The rolling German suplex finally kept Gallagher down for the count.

Results: Chad Gable defeated Jack Gallagher via pinfall.
