Enzo Amore and Kalisto met for the Cruiserweight Title again on 205 Live

Enzo Amore's vocal chords may have suffered an injury, but the 'Bonafide Stud' had to return to action as he defended his title against Kalisto in the rematch for The Cruiserweight Championship.

He lost to Kalisto the previous night on Raw in a 5 on 5 Tag team match and was the one to get pinned.

The show opened with the recap of Enzo's win at TLC when he won back the Cruiserweight Title from Kalisto. Let's dive right into the action from this week's episode, as they head towards Survivor Series.

Nigel McGuinness and Vic Joseph welcomed the viewers to the show and hyped up the title match.

#1 Rich Swann and Cedric Alexander vs. Tony Nese and Noam Dar

The duo of Cedric Alexander and Rich Swann won their tag team match at TLC when they faced Jack Gallagher and Brian Kendrick. They faced Noam Dar and Tony Nese in a tag team match tonight as they looked to continue their momentum.

After a bit of a back and forth, Jack Gallagher and Brian Kendrick appeared on stage, causing a distraction.

This allowed Noam Dar to take advantage and he put Cedric in a Submission hold. Swann fought off Nese and freed Alexander with a superkick. This was all that was required as from there after a bit more action, Alexander hit the Lumbar Check to win the match.

Result: Cedric Alexander and Rich Swann defeated Tony Nese and Noam Dar via pinfall

After the match was over, Gallagher and Kendrick said that they came to extend the olive branch to Cedric Alexander. They felt Cedric had a streak of cruelty in him that motivated them to go to the next level.

They, however, called Rich Swann a "Dancing Deadweight" and warned Alexander that he could not get far with Swann at his side. He told Alexander to turn his back on the fans and let them know his decision by the next week.

Now that's how you force someone into a heel turn!

#2 Drew Gulak vs. Gran Metalik

Drew Gulak came to the ring with a No Chants sign. He blamed 'The Powers that be' for being cut from the TLC Kickoff Show, where he was supposed to have put forward a powerpoint presentation.

The crowd chanted when he mentioned Tozawa, leading him to start a refresher course with a Powerpoint Presentation. Gran Metalik, though, had other ideas and interrupted the proceedings.

This led to a match between the two, which was largely controlled by Metalik while he broke quite a few important 'Drewtopia' rules.

Gulak finally took charge of the match and was able to defeat Metalik with a Dragon Sleeper.

Result: Drew Gulak defeated Gran Metalik via Submission

After the match, Gulak looked to make sure that Metalik would no longer be able to go to the top rope by injuring his ankle. Akira Tozawa made his return to save Gran Metalik from Gulak and kicked him out of the ring.

#3 Enzo Amore (c) vs. Kalisto for the Cruiserweight Title

Kalisto gave an interview backstage prior to the match claiming that he was ready to take back the Cruiserweight Title.

Enzo came to the ring and coughed into the mike, before handing it to Ariya Daivari. Daivari said that due to Enzo having lost his voice, Daivari was going to relay his message to the WWE Fans.

He said that he was happy that Enzo was in the Cruiserweight division as was his 'bank account'. He delivered a message against Kalisto in Farsi and said that he was S-A-W-F-T!

Kalisto and Enzo then had an aggressive match, where Kalisto maintained control for a while before he was dropped outside the ring by Enzo, where it looked like he hurt his ankle.

He dropped Enzo on the Apron with a modified Kamikaze and regained control. It looked like he was about to win the match when he prepared to hit a move from the top rope, but Enzo kicked the referee into the ropes. Kalisto won the match via DQ but was unable to gain back the Championship.

Result: Kalisto defeated Enzo Amore via DQ, but Enzo retained the Cruiserweight Title

After the match was over, Enzo was leaving when Kalisto attacked him from behind. He had to be separated from Enzo by the officials. As this wasn't though, Enzo got the last word when he found his voice just enough to say on the mike, 'AND STILL CRUISERWEIGHT CHAMPION'.
