Kalisto vs TJP
Kalisto was all business tonight, as he fought for the pride of all Luchadors in his bout with TJP. The CruiserGreat has been insulting the Lucha Libre style for weeks after stealing Lince Dorado's mask, and Kalisto requested a chance to show TJP what a Luchador can do.
Kalisto was able to immediately drop TJP to the mat, using his speed to counter TJP's moves before tossing him to the ground with a head scissors. TJP attempted to strike Kalisto multiple times, but Kalisto kept dodging the former champion with ease.
As TJP moved to the outside, he ducked an attempted suicide dive. Kalisto, however, had no intentions of diving, faking out TJP and getting in his head.
TJP finally got the upper hand after landing a dropkick to Kalisto when the Lucha Dragon attempted the handstand head scissors again. The First Cruiserweight Champion beat down Kalisto, slinging him head first into the turnbuckle and kicking him in the face repeatedly.
TJP put Kalisto in a modified Figure-4 Leglock and tore part of Kalisto's mask off, before driving his face into the mat with a curb stomp. TJP continued to mock his opponent and Lucha Libre, rubbing his foot on Kalisto's mask.
Kalisto fought out of one of TJP's unique submission holds, but as he attempted the springboard spinning body splash, TJP jumped with him into the ropes, landing in the middle of the ring with a neck breaker.
TJP planted Kalisto with the suplex/back suplex combo, but the former US Champion kicked out at two. The CruiserGreat continued to beat down Kalisto with kicks and elbows, then hit him with a rolling senton off the turnbuckle. Kalisto again kicked out at two.
Kalisto escaped a headlock, but TJP halted his momentum again. TJP took to the top ropes, looking for the Senton Bomb, but Kalisto avoided it. Kalisto drove TJP to the ground with a diving seated senton, followed by his springboard spinning body splash. After a rolling kick and the basement 'rana, TJP was barely able to kick out at two.
Kalisto went for the Salida Del Sol to finish TJP off. However, TJ fought out, eventually slamming Kalisto to the mat from the top rope.
TJP went for another dive from the top rope, but Kalisto laid him out with a kick to the jaw. Kalisto sent TJP to the mat hard with a Victory Roll from the top rope, but TJP again kicked out.
As Kalisto went for the Salida Del Sol once again, TJP hit the back of Kalisto's knee with a dropkick, then locked in the TJP Clutch. Kalisto fought, almost managing a pinfall, but TJP broke out into the TJP Clutch once again. Kalisto finally escaped to the ropes.
TJP, frustrated, beat down Kalisto before trying to tear off Kalisto's mask. Lince Dorado ran down to help Kalisto, distracting TJP and allowing his Lucha House Party member to pick up the win.
Results: Kalisto defeated TJP via pinfall
After the match, TJP knocked Kalisto into the ropes and stole his mask. Though he was chased from the ring, he held Kalisto's mask held high, exclaiming that he was going to get every mask of Lucha House Party, only needing Gran Metalik's to complete the set.
