R-Truth recently won the WWE United States Championship but sadly, lost it to Samoa Joe in this week’s Smackdown Live. Truth has a comedic gimmick in WWE that he’s already mastered. He may not be the most liked superstar in this company but he is surely one of the funniest, as the fans never regret watching his funny segments.
This week’s episode of Smackdown was enough to understand his sense of humour but don’t let that deceive you from the fact that he’s a great fighter. A casual wrestling fan may not believe that R-Truth can perform in the ring after seeing him act funny but they will surely become his fan once Truth shows his skills.
He is 47 years old but if you watch his matches, you probably won't believe that. He has been working for the WWE since 2008 (his second run with the company) and despite being seen as a jobber, Truth is one of the most respected veterans of all time.
