Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax have been taken out of the RAW Women's Championship picture and are now Women's Tag Team Champions instead. The only reason why Baszler isn't challenging Asuka at Clash of Champions is because she already has a match, as she and Jax will defend their championships.
On Sunday night, Jax and Baszler defend their titles against Ruby Riott and Liv Morgan, as the two challengers have been pushing forward in the women's tag team division since The Riott Squad reformed a few weeks ago.
If Jax and Baszler lose their championships to Morgan and Riott, then they will go back to being the enemies that they once were when they were just starting to find a way to get along.
The longer The Irresistible Force and The Queen of Spades stay as a team, it seems that they could develop a real friendship. But a loss at Clash of Champions could result in them turning their attention to each other and Asuka once again.
