As reported earlier, CM Punk hosted the red carpet segment of the Alternative Press Music Awards at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland.
CBS-19’s Chris Van Vliet spoke to him before the show and here are a few highlights.
On how he feels
“I feel f**kin’ awesome! Look at me, how do I look? It’s not so much how you feel anymore, it’s how you look.”
On Him Ever Wrestling Again
“No. No, never. NEVER EVER! NEVER EVER EVER [laughs]. They’re going to go crazy about that on Twitter. They’re going to like, hold me to it, but whatever.”
On whether he is former WWE superstar or WWE superstar
"Neither. I'm CM Punk."
On being the co-host of the AP awards
“I was asked a long time ago, originally I think I was asked to host it. But I had prior engagements that wouldn’t have allowed me to be here on a Monday and those fell through and here I am.”
