#2 Aleister Black to RAW

Currently, Aleister Black is on SmackDown and, honestly, he has not done much yet.
Ever since his gimmick of sitting in a dark room came up, he has been asking who is going to pick a fight with him. Right now, the answer seems to be that no one is going to bother.
He had a match with Cesaro, which he won, after which he went back to the room.
Now, he can make a jump on to the red brand to a sea of opportunities waiting for him. The draft will create time for more Superstars to come to the forefront of the programming. With RAW being 3 hours, it seems like it's the best chance for Black to make sure that he shines.
Given enough time, Black could have a proper feud with several Superstars. Over time, this would help to build his character properly and to have him move forward in a way that makes actual sense.
On RAW, he could face any number of stars, and in the end, after a long build-up, he could even challenge for the Universal title. It would take time to build such a storyline, but it could be done after the WWE Draft.
