#1 Bray Wyatt to SmackDown
The biggest change that could take place after the WWE Draft is for The Fiend to take the Firefly Fun House to SmackDown. While it appears there is a chance that The Fiend will be in the Universal Championship picture for Hell in a Cell, Wyatt has been known to tease feuds for the sake of teasing before.

Even if he is part of the show, it takes place on the 7th of October, so it is before the Draft. There is no saying in what capacity Bray Wyatt would be involved in the pay-per-view at all.
Instead, he could easily make the change to SmackDown, where he would have the chance to create an impact. With FOX having gotten the deal for SmackDown that they did, it is now going to be the Flagship show for WWE.
Who better to lead WWE's new Flagship show than The Fiend?
He is by far the most popular character in WWE at the moment, and on SmackDown he could create an atmosphere of uncertainty as there does not seem to be any telling what Bray Wyatt will do next.
Wyatt moving to SmackDown would create the most impact of all possible changes that WWE could make. If there is any change that would put beyond any doubt that Smackdown is now WWE's A-show, it is this one.
