#2 The Miz and Shane McMahon retaining the Tag Team Championships

While The Miz and Shane McMahon weren’t the best tag team on SmackDown, at least they were better than the last few Raw Tag Team Champions.

The duo was challenged by arguably SmackDown’s best tag team The Usos for the championships at Elimination Chamber. After a decent match, which surprisingly saw Shane McMahon shine, the challengers managed to win the titles for a record-breaking fourth reign.

This did not come as much of a surprise, but there was still a chance of Shane and The Miz retaining the title to take their story forward. However, now seems like a good time for the two to have a fallout soon and prepare for a match at WrestleMania 35.

The Usos winning the championships was most definitely the best decision to come out of the night, as The Miz and Shane retaining wouldn’t have done much for the tag team division.
