#4 The O.C. help Styles win
It would make more sense if AJ Styles continues to build himself as a major heel on RAW.
The company has been feeding Styles some of the newcomers for some time now to build him as one of the biggest heels on the mid-card. In fact, Styles has run through many younger talents including Cedric Alexander, Ricochet and Humberto Carrillo over the course of the past few months.
Similarly, Aleister Black is one newcomer who has a lot of backing from the WWE Universe and fans want to see him succeed for some time now and rise up the ladder quickly.
WWE could go the other way on this Superstar too as they could allow Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson to pile up the odds against The former NXT Champion and give Styles an unfair chance to win the match.
This would allow Styles to build further as a heel while protecting Black from another clean loss as outside help would make Styles’ victory more controversial.
The No Disqualification rules have been put in place for some reason, and this could be one of the major reasons why the creatives want this match to have a special stipulation.
