5 Reasons why the WWE Network is worth it

The WWE Network has just about everything you want

Since the launch of the WWE Network two years ago, it has been a part of many wrestling fans lives. While at first fans were a little skeptical, it has now become a must have and it is not as bad as originally thought. With so much content to choose from and the privileges you get it almost has us asking why no one had thought abput it until 2014? It’s the world we live in today, and the WWE Network shows just that.

From original WWE Network exclusive shows to reminiscing about the past, WWE Network just about has it all. If you haven’t gotten the WWE Network, you are seriously missing out. Let me tell you the reasons why.

You can watch whatever you want, whenever you want

5. It’s on demand

That’s right, WWE Network is on demand. Did you miss the latest PPV? Are suddenly craving some action from the 1996 Royal Rumble? Or, how about watching a Raw from the 1990’s because you’re feeling nostalgic? Well, you can simply find it and watch it right then and there. A lot of the times, I miss PPV’s because of work, but it’s literally nothing for me to log in and catch up on the PPV in my spare time, or at work (during downtime mind you!).

Shows such as WWE 24 and documentaries are a big attraction on the WWE Network

4. Variety of exclusive WWE Network content

The shows on the WWE Network that the company offers are of a wide variety. Shows like WWE 24, Table for 3 and Ride Along are some of the shows that can only be seen on the WWE Network. The big thing right now is the Cruiserweight Classic that is airing on the WWE Network. Many of times, WWE will advertise the 24 specials to air right after Raw goes off the air. Another show that is often times aired after Raw or SmackDown is the Stone Cold Podcast once a month, and that is a huge attraction. You best believe I’m tuning into the latest podcast that will feature Dean Ambrose next week.

Worth the price alone

3. NXT

In the past, we never ever saw WWE’s developmental shows. Whether it was OVW or FCW, those matches were very hard to find, and if any matches were taped, they were usually included on a DVD special of said Superstar years later. Now, we are spoiled with the richness and excitement that is NXT. From the weekly shows to the TakeOver specials NXT have several times a year, it is one of the main attractions of the WWE Network. NXT alone is worth the price of having the WWE Network.

WWE Network has an extensive library

2. The amount of content available

Have I mentioned that you can get nearly any PPV, Raw or SmackDown? That’s not all, since the WWE has a huge wrestling library dating back decades, these are available on the WWE Network too. For Total Divas fans, WWE Network does run past episodes on the WWE Network. I have an eight-year-old nephew, and he loves to go back in history and watch matches from past time periods. To be able to find something, and play it for him is amazing. And yes, he loves the WWE Network. That’s the first question he asks me when he sees me nowadays, “Can we watch the Network?”

Honestly, it’s a great deal.

1. Low price

WWE has pounded it into your head, and mine too, that $9.99 is an amazing deal to subscribe to the WWE Network. Plus, your first month is free, and there is no commitment. You get literally anything they have on demand, watch exclusive shows, watch NXT continue to blossom or satisfy your nostalgic Attitude Era cravings any time you want to. Do you remember the struggle of coming up with $45 to watch PPVs? Then if you didn’t record it, you’d have to wait til WWE released it on VHS or DVD to buy it. I am down paying ten bucks a month considering the money I have spent over the years. It really doesn’t get any better than that, seriously. What are you waiting for? Go get it now!
