As we’ve seen time and again in WWE, it's never the size of the dog in the fight; it is almost always the size of the fight in the dog. In other ways, babyfaces with big hearts can take a lot of punishment but score a win with a roll up, at any point in time. Enzo picking up a big win might not make sense from a long-term perspective unless two other very important prerequisites were in place.
The first...an incensed Big Cass destroys Enzo Amore soon after, establishing himself as an evil and vicious monster. The other, Vince McMahon does believe in Enzo as a singles competitor and believes there is equity in protecting him for the long haul.
