WWE Hall of Famer to be imprisoned soon

Sunny during her Hall of Fame induction

The hits just never stop coming for the original WWE Diva, Sunny. The former WWE Superstar plead guilty at a hearing on January 30th for charges related to Driving while Under the Influence. She will face sentencing for the same on Monday, the 28th of March.

The WWE Hall of Famer will face imprisonment on two of those charges and if eligible for the Intermediate Prisoner Program, will be under house arrest after serving her time. This isn’t Sytch’s first time in prison.

In 2012, she was arrested for disorderly conduct, third-degree burglary and three counts of violating a protective order, for a grand total of five arrests in four weeks. A sixth arrest followed in January 2013, again for violation of a protective order. Sytch was released in May 2013 after serving 114 days in jail.

While imprisoned, she was diagnosed with cervical cancer and successfully underwent surgery for the same. This is a bittersweet moment for Sytch, as her autobiography, “A Star Shattered: The Rise & Fall & Rise of Wrestling Diva Tammy “Sunny” Sytch” released on February 4th.
