When Sting made his shocking WWE debut at Survivor Series 2014, there were many who believed that they would finally get to see the dream match between Sting and The Undertaker. Both of these characters were megastars in their respective promotions during the Attitude Era. Sting went on to lose to Triple H at WrestleMania 31, while The Undertaker defeated Bray Wyatt on the same card. Sting later feuded with Seth Rollins, but failed to capture the WWE World Title.
At the 38:00 mark of the latest episode of WWE Untold, Sting talked about wanting a possible confrontation with The Deadman.
You know if everything lines up just right. Vince, Triple H, ‘Taker, and Sting, maybe we could do this. Maybe we could just do a little, let’s just do a face-off. Let’s get you guys involved in this or that. So maybe I could do it. Maybe I could do that. I don’t know, again, if it’s just ego and pride or whatever, but I feel like I could do it all these years later.

He would book Roman Reigns to re-form The Bloodline with The Usos and Sami Zayn upon his comeback.
