WWE Hall of Famer Bobby 'The Brain' Heenan's Twitter account found to be fake

Recently, it appeared that WWE Hall of Famer, Bobby “The Brain” Heenan, created his Twitter account to interact with the fans. Very soon, Twitter verified the account and confirmed it as a legit account of Heenan, who is considered as one of the best managers in pro-wrestling business.

Even though the account was verified by Twitter, it turns out that it was fake.

As reported by dailywrestlingnews.com, Mean Gene Okerlund revealed Heenan’s account as a fake-id and posted the following on his Twitter to make sure everyone knows about that fake account:

As Okerlund’s tweet attracted the attention of the fans and created a buzz in the social medias, someone either associated with Twitter posted the following, claiming that it was his fault to get the account verified and Twitter is working to get rid of the blue tick sign from that account :

“Update: My Twitter guy's facilitating removal of blue check. I'm working w/ friends of Heenan family to suspend both accounts. @ryansatin

As of now, Heenan’s fake account has been removed by Twitter.
