Randy Orton vs Jeff Hardy (Hell in a Cell)
Jeff Hardy came out of this Sunday in a losing effort to regain his U.S Championship. Also, at the SummerSlam-Kickoff show, Randy Orton made clear that he will make Hardy pay after his match is over against Nakamura. Though such a thing didn't happen. As WWE is trying to set them up as the rivals from a month, it seems that this bout will be taking place at this year's Hell in a Cell PPV.
Also, the same has been confirmed (or spoiled) by AT & T Center in San Antonio, the venue for this year's Hell in a Cell PPV as you can see above. Their tweet clearly states that Jeff Hardy vs.Randy Orton will happen at Hell in a Cell PPV.
Though at this point it seems that it will be a single match without a stipulation, as their rivalry is going, I guess WWE will hold match inside a Hell in a cell structure.

Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose vs Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre
At SummerSlam, Rollins was seen as successful to capture the I.C title defeating Ziggler. Though Ambrose and McIntyre were not featured in the match, I guess WWE will continue this storyline. Expect a tag team match-Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose vs Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre for the Hell in a Cell PPV.
Expect in coming weeks for Ziggler to use his rematch clause and come out in a losing effort which will progress the storyline. Seeing they won't be doing another Rollins vs. Ziggler match as the fans would get sick of the same match happening again and again. So to spice up the things WWE might be going down for a tag team match between these guys.
As aforementioned a local advertisement which was posted by this year's Hell in a Cell host in which they literally spoiled about the happening of the match on 16 September.
