Recently, former WWE superstar Hornswoggle took part in a shoot interview, which was hosted by Kayfabe Commentaries. As per Wrestlinginc.com, in that interview, Hornswoggle revealed that CM Punk stopped talking to him because Hornswoggle had asked him for a mutual friend's phone number.
Hornswoggle hints that it was someone that Punk is best friends with, but the former WWE Champion thought that Hornswoggle was actually “using” him. This was unexpected as Hornswoggle mentioned that they had "rode together for years."
Hornswoggle revealed another interesting backstage story, between him and The Rock. According to him, the people’s champion once failed to recognise him and thought Hornswoggle was one of the Make-A-Wish kids.
He agrees that he told about it to some wrestlers and that quickly spread. Hornswoggle once spoke with Alternative Nation and he mentioned a conversation he had with Rock after the incident.
"I told him [The Rock], 'I met you backstage the night you came back in [Anaheim], when you were revealed as the guest host for WrestleMania, and you thought I was a Make a Wish kid, you tapped me on the shoulder and said, 'Did you have a good time tonight buddy?'
Then you walked off and you realized it, mentioning to Big Show that, 'Hornswoggle thinks I thought he was a Make a Wish kid, and I did think he was.'"
