WWE has been pulled into a legal controversy again after a toy company filed a lawsuit against the company for violating contract terms.
Figures Toy Company has filed a case against WWE for illegally producing and selling replicas of the championship belts which clearly violates the contract between the two. WWE is also accused of doing so in order to cut the current deal with Figures and strike a new deal with a manufacturer in China.
WWE was given a short notice about the lawsuit and will only have 48 hours to respond, with the last date being 24th September.
