KO and Show ended the show with a street fight

#5 Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson (C) vs. Sheamus & Cesaro (WWE RAW Tag Team Championship match)

The first solid match of the night, from an in-ring perspective, saw the tag team titles on the line. The Club and Sheamus & Cesaro put on an entertaining bout for the fans. Sheamus and Cesaro got a good reaction in a match that set the tone for the finishing bouts of the night.

Result: Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson def. Sheamus & Cesaro to retain the RAW Tag Team titles

#6 Neville (C) vs. Cedric Alexander (WWE Cruiserweight Championship match)

Both of these Cruiserweights put together an high-octane bout -- a staple from the struggling division. In the end, the self-proclaimed King of the Cruiserweights successfully defended his strap against Alexander, who’s been criminally underutilised. Well, that’s for another article. Anyway, Neville worked the fans really well in a bid to draw heat as a heel. Also, this was said to be the best match of the night.

Result: Neville def. Cedric Alexander to retain the Cruiserweight Championship

#7 Sasha Banks, Bayley and Alicia Fox vs. Charlotte, Dana Brooke and Nia Jax (six-woman tag team match)

The first and last women’s match of the night was a six-woman tag team affair pitting the faces against the heels. Bayley and Sasha Banks were quite over with the fans and in the end, they picked up the victory for their team. Dana Brooke, who’s not been getting much TV time as of late, seems to be honing her skills by working live events.

Result: Sasha Banks, Bayley and Alicia Fox def. Charlotte, Dana Brooke and Nia Jax

#8 WWE Universal Champion Kevin Owens vs. The Big Show (non-title street fight)

The main event of the evening saw the KO take on The Big Show in a non-title bout. The disappointing part was to see KO lose to Big Show. Faces always win in non-title live event matches and this being the main event, it became even more obvious that Big Show would be booked to win to send the fans home happy.

Not sure if everyone would have been happy with that, but that’s WWE logic for you.

Anyway, this was a hard-hitting match but nothing special.

Result: Big Show def. Kevin Owens
