The WWE returned to Denver, Colorado with a huge headliner, as WWE Champion AJ Styles put his title on the line.

The event also featured performances from the likes of Charlotte Flair, Shinsuke Nakamura, Bobby Roode, and The Usos among others.

So, without further ado, here are the complete results for WWE’s SmackDown live event in Denver, Colorado (February 24th, 2018)—


#1 The Usos vs. The New Day vs. Shelton Benjamin & Chad Gable vs. Rusev & Aiden English

Jimmy & Jey Uso put on yet another dominant performance with their WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championships on the line, this time for the fans in attendance at the Pepsi Center in Denver, Colorado.

The Usos controlled the majority of this matchup, however, Benjamin & Gable did have their moments over the course of the match. Regardless, in the end, Jimmy & Jey hit Aiden English with a Double-Superkick for the pinfall victory—notching up yet another successful title defense.

Result: The Usos def. The New Day, Shelton Benjamin & Chad Gable, and Rusev & Aiden English

#2 Sin Cara vs. Mike Kanellis

Sin Cara was cheered on by the fans, as he utilized his high-flying maneuvers to out-work Mike Kanellis.

Sin Cara beat Kanellis from pillar to post, and never let up over the course of this short, albeit action-packed matchup. In the end, Sin Cara bested Kanellis in what was a one-sided match.

Result: Sin Cara def. Mike Kanellis


#3 Mojo Rawley vs. Tye Dillinger

Mojo Rawley engaged in a back-and-forth encounter with Tye Dillinger.

While Rawley was booed, Dillinger seemed to receive a mixed reaction from the fans in attendance. Regardless, Rawley’s athleticism proved to be too much for Dillinger, as the latter succumbed to a Running Fist from Rawley.

Result: Mojo Rawley def. Tye Dillinger

#4 The Bludgeon Brothers vs. Breezango

The Bludgeon Brothers came out to a chorus of boos, in stark contrast to Breezango (Tyler Breeze & Fandango) coming out to a huge pop from the fans.

Regardless, The Bludgeon Brothers (Harper & Rowan) made short work of Breezango. Harper & Rowan dominated the matchup en route to the win, as Breezango mounted a little-to-no offense.

#5 Bobby Roode vs. Jinder Mahal

WWE United States Champion Bobby Roode defended his title against ‘The Modern Day Maharajah’ Jinder Mahal.

Mahal reportedly drew a ton of heat at the event, as the fans directed perhaps the loudest boos of the night toward the former WWE Champion. This matchup featured a ton of action and is said to have been closely-contested throughout.

In the end, Roode managed to best Mahal with a Glorious DDT, and successfully defend his US title.

#6 Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch & Naomi vs. The Riott Squad

WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair teamed up with Becky Lynch & Naomi to take on The Riott Squad (Ruby Riott, Liv Morgan & Sarah Logan).

Flair wrestled for the better part of this matchup and dominated the opposition with her technical wrestling skills. In what was a relatively dominant win for the main-roster veterans, Flair, Lynch & Naomi picked up the win over The Riott Squad.

#7 Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Dolph Ziggler

February 24th, 1980, witnessed the birth of one of the greatest professionals wrestlers of the modern era.

Shinsuke Nakamura celebrated his 38th birthday in style, as Dolph Ziggler stopped their match midway, and urged the fans to sing “Happy Birthday” for “The Artist”. Ziggler then tried to cheap-shot Nakamura, however, ended up eating the Kinshasa, as Nakamura picked up the victory.

The aforementioned segment is said to have been one of the most entertaining of the event, as the crowd responded in a significant manner to the proceedings underway in the ring.

#8 AJ Styles vs. Kevin Owens vs. Sami Zayn vs. Baron Corbin

WWE Champion AJ Styles defended his title against Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn and Baron Corbin in a Fatal 4-Way Match.

Styles is said to have put on an incredible performance, as he utilized both mat wrestling as well as aerial maneuvers to dominate Owens, Zayn, and Corbin over the course of the matchup. In the end, Styles reigned supreme once again—successfully defending his WWE Championship.

Result: AJ Styles def. Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, and Baron Corbin
