The Blue brand of WWE, Smackdown, landed in Rochester, Minnesota, and they put on a show that entertained everyone on Monday, the night before Smackdown Live.

The Blue brand had quite a show lined up with the Tag titles being defended by The Usos in a Triple Threat, AJ Styles defended the United States title against Shinsuke Nakamura and Baron Corbin, Bobby Roode faced off against Dolph Ziggler, and Jinder Mahal defended the title against Randy Orton.

The fans were hyped up and several superstars received massive pops from the fans, while others got booed.

Here are the full results and review of the Live Event:


#1 The Usos [c] vs Breezango vs The New Day for the WWE Smackdown Tag Team Championship

The show opened with The Usos facing the New Day and Breezango in a title match. New Day was minus Xavier Woods, as he was recovering away from an injury he sustained last week.

The match was an epic one as Breezango were hilarious, as were the New Day with their antics. The Usos retained over the other two. The Usos have seriously improved as a tag team recently and it shows in each match they have competed in.

Result: The Usos retained their titles and picked up the victory over Breezango and New Day

#2 Aiden English vs Tye Dillinger

Another amazing match from the night was the one where Aiden English faced Tye Dillinger. Aiden even got to sing his song twice as he got an encore request from the Rochester crowd. The match was nonstop action and showed how underrated the two are on the main roster.

Aiden picked up the win over the 'Perfect Ten' Tye Dillinger. Aiden has been on quite a run on the house shows, as well as the victory he picked up over Sami Zayn on Smackdown with Owens' assistance.

Result: Aiden English defeated Tye Dillinger


#3 The Hype Bros and Sami Zayn vs The Ascension and Eric Rowan

Another group of underrated superstars, The Hype Bros and Sami Zayn faced the Ascension and Eric Rowan.

The Hype Bros and Sami Zayn were able to come out on top in this encounter.

Result: The Hype Bros and Sami Zayn defeated Ascension and Eric Rowan

#4 AJ Styles [c] vs Baron Corbin vs Shinsuke Nakamura for the WWE United States Championship

The best match of the night was when AJ Styles, Nakamura and Corbin faced each other in a triple threat for the United States Title. Styles and Nakamura received huge pops from the fans, while Corbin received massive heat.

The match itself was fantastic, and intense with hardly a second without any action. The match had a few interesting moments when AJ and Nakamura went at it, with the crowd getting really hot.

When that fight happens one-on-one it will be one of the biggest matches.

AJ won the match and retained his title.

Result: AJ Styles retained his United States Title defeating Baron Corbin and Nakamura


#5 Naomi and Charlotte vs Tamina and Natalya

Naomi and Charlotte won their match against Tamina and Natalya quite easily. They put on quite a match which the crowd got behind. Even though Natalya was a heel, she was actually quite over at certain points of the match.

Result: Naomi and Charlotte defeated Tamina and Natalya

#6 Bobby Roode vs Dolph Ziggler

Bobby Roode faced off against Dolph Ziggler as he prepared to make his way back to TV. He promised a new gimmick that he will debut on Smackdown Live this week. Roode received a massive pop from the fans as they sang his theme, Glorious.

Roode continued his glorious streak of victories, as he defeated Ziggler in the match.

Result: Bobby Roode defeated Dolph Ziggler


#7 Jinder Mahal [c] vs Randy Orton in a Last Man Standing Match for the WWE Championship

Jinder Mahal and Randy Orton main evented the show with a huge last man standing match. The crowd was really pro-Randy as he got a huge pop and support from them, while Jinder was one of the most hated heels, and constantly got booed.

Jinder retained the title, but only due to the interference of the Singh Brothers. All three got hit by huge RKO's after the match.

Result: Jinder retained his title after interference by the Singh Brothers
