The WWE put on a RAW-branded live event for fans in Waco, Texas.

The show was headlined by a high-paced matchup, with the co-headliner of the evening seeing Enzo Amore defend the WWE Cruiserweight Championship. Besides, Alexa Bliss and Nia Jax engaged in some rather hilarious banter, with Bliss appearing quite angry in the end.

The card also featured several other entertaining matches; with the crowd reacting in a big way to Braun Strowman’s match at the event. So, without further ado, here are the complete results of WWE RAW’s live event in Waco, Texas (January 14th, 2018)—


#1 Matt Hardy vs. Bray Wyatt

‘Woken’ Matt Hardy came out to a huge pop from the fans in attendance; while playing out his Woken self to a T in Waco.

While Bray Wyatt came out strong in this matchup, it was Hardy who turned the tables, midway. Hardy never let go of the momentum he seized in the second half of the matchup; eventually besting Wyatt for the win.

Result: Matt Hardy def. Bray Wyatt

#2 Asuka vs. Dana Brooke

‘The Empress Of Tomorrow’ Asuka put on yet another dominant performance against Titus Worldwide’s Dana Brooke.

While Brooke came out aggressive, Asuka evaded her expertly, before dragging her foe onto the mat. Asuka finished off things fairly quick; picking up the victory, much to the delight of the fans in attendance.

Result: Asuka def. Dana Brooke


#3 Cesaro & Sheamus vs. Titus O’Neill & Apollo Crews

The Bar (Cesaro & Sheamus) went toe-to-toe with Titus Worldwide’s Apollo Crews & Titus O’Neill.

O’Neill & Crews assumed control in the early going, against The Bar. Nevertheless, Cesaro & Sheamus rallied back in the latter half of the matchup, before finishing things off in a match wherein both teams received mixed reactions from the fans.

Result: Cesaro & Sheamus def. Titus O’Neill & Apollo Crews

#4 Braun Strowman vs. Curt Hawkins

Braun Strowman came out to what’s being referred to as the loudest ovation at the event.

The vast majority of fans in Waco were firmly in support of Strowman, as ‘The Monster Among Men’ marched down to compete in his match against Curt Hawkins. Strowman absolutely annihilated Hawkins, in a quick but hard-hitting matchup.

Strowman stood tall in the end; walking away as the victor yet again. Meanwhile, Hawkins continued his losing streak in the year 2018.

Result: Braun Strowman def. Curt Hawkins


#5 Finn Balor vs. Elias

Finn Balor came out a great reaction from the crowd, following which he duelled with Elias.

While Elias seemed to be starting out strong, he couldn’t keep the momentum on his side for the entirety of the match. Finn Balor turned the tables on Elias in the waning moments of the bout, before putting ‘The Drifter’ down for the win. Balor then proceeded to celebrate as the crowd popped.

#6 Mickie James & Sasha Banks vs. Alexa Bliss & Nia Jax

Mickie James joined forces with Sasha Banks so as to compete against WWE RAW Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss & Nia Jax, in a Tag Team Match.

While James & Banks dominated throughout, Jax turned the match on its head by laying waste to her foes. Nevertheless, James & Banks eventually picked apart the team of Jax and Bliss, before besting them for the victory. As Bliss and Jax were making their way to the back, Enzo Amore's music hit, following which a hug between him and Jax was interrupted by Bliss. Bliss then proceeded to drag Jax away from Amore.

#7 Enzo Amore vs. Cedric Alexander

WWE Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore defended his title against Cedric Alexander in a matchup that saw Amore receive more than a few boos throughout.

While the crowd was considerably vocal in their dislike for the Amore, Alexander was cheered by the fans as he put on a wrestling clinic on the Certified G.

Nevertheless, in the end, Amore somehow managed to barely edge out the match, and make his way out with the Cruiserweight title.

#8 Roman Reigns & Seth Rollins vs. The Miz, Curtis Axel & Bo Dallas

WWE Intercontinental Champion Roman Reigns and RAW Tag Team Champion Seth Rollins teamed up for a 2-on-3 Handicap Match against The Miz, Curtis Axel & Bo Dallas.

Jason Jordan was absent yet again, however, Reigns and Rollins dominated the matchup nonetheless. While The Miz and his Miztourage tried their best to take out ‘The Big Dog’, Rollins made the save for Reigns, following which both Shield members laid waste to their foes.

Reigns and Rollins celebrated with the fans after their victory over The Miz and his allies.
