It was time for a WWE house show on the heels of the big announcements surrounding TLC's changes. AJ Styles was jumping over to the Red Team to step in for Bray Wyatt; Kurt Angle was also inserted into a WWE match for the first time in eleven years in an astounding decision due to Roman Reigns needing to be pulled due to a "viral infection" as well.
Even though the fans in St Louis were ready for a stellar show, they might not have known how awesome of an event they were about to get. Darren Young made his return to in-ring action after a one-year injury lay-off at the show.
Bayley and Sasha Banks vs. Alicia Fox and Emma (with Dana Brooke as the Special Guest Referee)
After a little back and forth action, the babyfaces would make a comeback and come out on top. Bayley ended up winning with a Bayley To Belly.

Matt Hardy vs Dash Wilder
This match should have been The Hardy Boyz vs The Revival but since Hardy and Wilder's partners are on the shelf they get to work a singles match. At least they're working while their partners aren't around.

Darren Young and Curt Hawkins vs Goldust and Titus O'Neil
Before this match started, Elias came out to sing a song to the St Louis crowd. Darren Young -- who returned after a lengthy injury lay-off -- and Curt Hawkins actually came out to listen. Elias is really coming around and it's remarkable how well he's doing considering how lackluster his NXT run was.
Former tag team champions Darren Young and Titus O'Neil got a chance to go at it for a little spot which was fun to see. In the end, Titus O'Neil got the pin.

Finn Balor vs Braun Strowman
This match actually happened in St. Louis. If anything is going to get Finn Balor ready for his match against AJ Styles at TLC, it's going to be treated like a ragdoll by Braun Strowman. But the two actually had a nice back and forth match.
It's an interesting booking decision but might be a sign of things to come. In the end, Braun Strowman won after hitting a Running Powerslam after he caught Finn Balor jumping on him from the top.

This is a match to get fans and the two competitors ready for TLC. Because after all, this match is still happening.

Enzo Amore vs Kalisto (Cruiserweight Title match)
It's time for another Championship match to get fans ready for TLC. It's also a good chance for two Superstars to get used to each other a little better before performing on a big stage.
This wasn't Enzo Amore's night however as Kalisto would pick up a pinfall with a Salida del Sol.

Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins vs Cesaro and Sheamus (Raw Tag Team Title Street Fight)
These two teams needed to bring it in order to not only convince fans they were going to carry on without Roman Reigns.
Fans in St Louis were chanting for tables all night so Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose finally gave it to them in an amazing finishing spot featuring two simultaneous table break spots.
