The Usos (C) vs The New Day (for the SmackDown Live Tag-Team Championships)
The New Day cut a hilarious promo before the match regarding their ‘play pen’. The crowd were firmly behind the trio as the Usos came out to defend their titles.
Kofi Kingston started off the match against Jimmy Uso. Jimmy made a quick tag before Kofi made one himself. Big E hit a splash on the apron as soon as he got the tag before attempting a pin of Jey Uso. Jimmy pulled down the ropes as Kofi was looking to pick up momentum, sending him crashing out of the ring.
Back in the ring, The Usos double-teamed Kofi after Jimmy tagged himself in. The Usos continued to double-team Kofi as chants of “New Day Rocks” broke out. Kofi hit back with a dropkick from out of nowhere as both men made tags.
Big E came in and hit Jimmy Uso with 3 Belly-To-Belly’s before slamming Jimmy into the mat for a 2-count. He followed it up with the spear through the ropes after which he rolled Jey Uso into the ring. Kofi was waiting but The Usos double teamed him and took out his leg before Jey locked in the submission. Big E caught Jimmy off an attempted suicide dive and hit him with a belly-to-belly.
The action sped up even faster as New Day missed winning the match by milliseconds with the pin getting broken up. In the ending segment, Kofi dived onto The Usos from the top rope to ringside. Kofi the rolled Jimmy in and Big E and Kofi hit the Midnight Hour.
As Kofi looked to pin Jimmy, Jey rolled him out and the Usos walked away with their titles and got counted out. New Day got the win by DQ but not the titles.
