Samoa Joe humiliated Rey Mysterio in just over a minute at WrestleMania 35, choking the all-time-great Superstar out to retain the United States Championship.

This was a booking that shocked many and brought forward rumors that Mysterio worked the match injured and hence it ended so quickly.

This Sunday, Mysterio got a chance to redeem himself as he sought revenge on The Destroyer and tried to win the title.

While we expected the match to be miles better than their WrestleMania affair, it wasn’t so as The future Hall of Famer scored the win and title in under two minutes, as the television cameras focused on the bloodied and stunned face of Joe.

Was this the result of Joe getting busted open and bleeding, which called for the officials to end the match early amid a controversial pin? Or was it all a botch after all, as Joe continued to attack his opponent after the loss?
