#4 Alexa Bliss

Alexa Bliss has been sidelined due to a concussion since October 2018. Bliss has, however, still been a familiar face on TV. Bliss made her official return to the ring in the 2019 Royal Rumble match but wasn't seen again in the ring until April 2019.

Little Miss Bliss announced herself as one of the participants for the 2019 women's Money in the Bank. Alexa Bliss isn't a stranger to Money in the Bank matches as she did win the briefcase in 2018. Fans have responded very well to her in-ring returns. Thus, it might not be a surprise if she indeed becomes the first woman to win the Money in the Bank briefcase twice.

However, while Bliss is just the type of superstar you would expect to be appropriate for winning the briefcase, she is far from the ideal choice of winning it. "The Five Feet of Fury" will find a way to be in the title picture sooner than later and she definitely does not need the briefcase at this moment. There are far better contenders who need a victory of such magnitude to finally get a push into the main event scene.
