#3 Randy Orton

Randy Orton has had a tremendous run as a heel since returning at Extreme Rules 2018. After many years, Orton finally seemed motivated, hungry and vicious as he once was. It is only a matter of time when we will see "The Viper" in the main event scene as the top heel of the blue brand.

With that said, his path to the top should not start by winning the Money in the Bank briefcase. "The Apex Predator", despite being an opportunistic heel, can do very well without the briefcase. Randy Orton has had the honour to win and successfully cash the Money in the Bank briefcase in 2013. The scenario right now is different than what it was back in 2013. The men's Money in the Bank match has more worthy contenders in the form of Drew Mcintyre, Finn Balor and Andrade.
