WWE Money in the Bank 2020: 5 Matches that could be added to the PPV

For the last few weeks, we've seen Sheamus squash his opponents. Immediately following his match, WWE has segued into the ongoing video packages pushing the return of Jeff Hardy. It's been strategically done after each of the Celtic Warrior's wins with Michael Cole confused as to why the former WWE Champion is angry. After his dominant victories, they aren't talking about Sheamus. They're talking about Hardy. This could be done to set up a match between the former WWE Champions for Money In The Bank.

In the last episode of SmackDown, it was revealed that Hardy would be on the go-home show for Money In The Bank. Sheamus even waited ringside while the latest video package for Hardy played. As it ended, he claimed that if the Charismatic Enigma was going to be present this Friday, then so would he.

It hasn't been booked as a match but more so as a confrontation. Hardy could show up with no clue that Sheamus has been overlooked after each match to air his videos. Since a bout between the two veterans hasn't been made official yet, it's likely being saved for Sunday at Money In The Bank. It would be a decent match if there is a pre-show or to put before one of the bigger matches on the card. Don't be surprised if Hardy and the Celtic Warrior battle it out in the ring at Money In The Bank.
