The most plausible explanation as to why Lesnar won the Ladder Match to win the Money in the Bank contract is to lay out a storyline that gives him a place in the Super ShowDown PPV in Saudi Arabia.

WWE can now use his MITB contract as a means to pit him against Seth Rollins. That's all great and good. However, what after that? Is WWE going to give Lesnar the belt again – which is clearly something most of the WWE Universe doesn’t want?

The Super ShowDown PPV is just around two weeks away and if the only reason why WWE handed Lesnar the MITB contract was to give him a platform for the Saudi Arabia show, then it is a very short-sighted approach since the intrigue and suspense surrounding the contract will be lost very soon.

Right now, it is difficult to see how he could be added in the feud between AJ Styles and Seth Rollins as he is not a full-time Superstar, which brings us to the next point...
