Shinsuke Nakamura stripped off the IWGP title amidst WWE rumours

No longer a champion

– There has been a lot of excitement in recent time surrounding accomplished pro wrestler Shinsuke Nakamura.

Nakamura – who wrestles for NJPW promotion in Japan, has stated that he would leave after his contract expires in January. Nakamura along with three other NJPW wrestlers namely AJ Styles, Doc Gallows, and Karl Anderson have been strongly rumoured to have signed with the WWE.

Nakamura is considered as one of the most charismatic wrestlers in the whole wrestling industry. It would be exciting to see a wrestler with the caliber of Nakamura compete in the WWE,

While coming to the WWE would be a huge boost for Shinsuke Nakamura, every good thing comes with a small amount of problem. Nakamura held the IWGP Intercontinental Title, which he was scheduled to drop before making the switch.

He has now been stripped of the title after being pinned by Kenny Omega – a Bullet Club member. This paves the way for Nakamura to easily transition to the WWE and fans would be hoping that he makes his main roster debut sooner rather than later.

With the addition of talent such as him along with AJ Styles, combining that with the current talent such as Finn Balor, Kevin Owens and Seth Rollins; it sure looks like a good time for the WWE in the near future.
